The meeting began at 7.15 when the Chairman welcomed all and invited the public to address the meeting. No one addressed the meeting.

1. Members’ declarations of interest. None.
2. Apologies for absence. Cllr Harper is unwell.

3. Minutes of 6th March 2013. It was resolved that the minutes of 6th March were true and correct. Proposed Cllr Biddick, 2nd Cllr Martyn, and duly signed by the Chairman.

Present: Cllr J Piper, Cllr N Mather, Cllr M Biddick, Cllr D Hore, Cllr E Harper.  Parish Clerk: Mrs C Wilson.
Also Present: CC Mick Martin, 10 members of the public.

The meeting began at 7.20. The Chairman welcomed all and explained that he waited extra time to see if anyone else would arrive. He then invited members of the public to address the meeting.

Minutes of the Extra-ordinary meeting held in the Village Hall at 7.15pm on
Wednesday, 23rd January 2013

Present: Cllr J Piper, Cllr N Mather, Cllr M Biddick, Cllr D Hore, Cllr E Harper, Cllr W I Martyn, Cllr D Hancock. Parish Clerk: Mrs C Wilson.
Also Present: Cornwall Cllr John Wood; Mr Frank Bohne, Director of Kronos Solar Projects GmbH, and a colleague; Diana Pride, Chairman of Retire Commoners Association; and 10+ members of the public.

The meeting began at 7.26 when the Chairman welcomed all and invited members of the public to address the meeting.

The open session of the Council meeting lasted about 75 minutes in Question & Answer format. Mr Bohne from Kronos answered questions from Councillors and the public. CC Wood clarified certain points about planning procedure and Solar Parks are a special interest.

Present, 2nd & 9th January: Cllr J Piper, Cllr N Mather, Cllr M Biddick, Cllr D Hore, Cllr E Harper, Cllr W I Martyn, Cllr D Hancock.  Parish Clerk: Mrs C Wilson.

Also Present, 9th January: Cornwall Cllr M Martin and 10+ members of the public.

Adjournment. As the minutes were being signed on 2nd January, Mr R Thomas, a member of the public, interposed that all decisions made at this meeting were illegal because certain councillors had not been served the Agenda three clear working days before the meeting. The Clerk apologised for the oversight and the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned until the next Wednesday, 9th January. Agendas were re-sent with a summons for the date when the meeting would be reconvened.

The full Council reconvened on Wed, 9th January at 7.15 pm. The Chairman explained that the meeting would continue with the signing of the minutes; however, as a gesture of good will he first invited members of the public to address the meeting.
